PET ALERGY NOTICE: Sometimes I live with roommates who may have animals such as cats, dogs, or other small pets. Although animals are not allowed into my workspace, it’s important to note that I cannot guarantee 0 contact with potential pet allergens.You MUST be over 18 to commission me for a suit. You must submit a government-issued photo ID with your name, face, and birthday before proceeding with a commission. Due to the nature of my work and content being primarily adult and NSFW in nature, I will not work with any minors under any circumstances. This includes parents/guardians of persons under 18 years of age.My suits are built on a balaclava base and use foam for the construction. If you require glasses to see, my suit heads will not fit you properly.Photo sharing: Naughty Crux Studios reserves the right to showcase completed suits for portfolios, social media, promotional materials, and Telegram channel.Payment: A 30% NON-REFUNDABLE payment is required for your commission. Naughty Crux Studios reserves the right to cancel your commission due to harassment, verbal abuse, slander, or missing payment deadlines. Please be respectful and professional. Once accepted, clients are expected to pay off their suit within 90 days MAX. Failure to do so will be considered abandonment, you forfeit your slot, and no refund will be issued. You will also be blacklisted from all of my commissions.Fursuit makers are NOT personal banks. If you require a better payment plan, please take out a personal loan through your bank or credit union.All payments will be issued through Square and charged in Canadian Dollars. You do not need a Square account to pay, just a credit card or Visa Debit card. Invoicing is sent through your email, so please don’t forget to check your spam folder.Alternations: Minor alterations may be requested if the suit has not been started yet. Some alterations may require additional fees or be denied altogether. Please make sure to have a clear reference sheet of your character and discuss any alterations needed upon acceptance of your commission.Communication: Work in progress (WIP) pictures will be provided throughout the suit-making process. Clients are expected to reply promptly to ensure no hold up with your commission. Communication may be done on Telegram or through email. While not everything may require approval, please trust the process!Reference sheet: Clients are required to provide a visual reference sheet of their character with a proper front view and back view. I do not work with written descriptions.Duct Tape Dummy & shoes: If required, the client is expected to provide a proper DTD. Failure to provide a proper DTD will result in your suit not fitting properly. Please make sure to mark where your belt sits for a tail hole and where you would like your SPH (if applicable). Make sure to properly T-pose while creating your dummy. If your arm is too low, I may request a new DTD from you. Clients are responsible for paying shipping on the DTD. Please make sure that if you are shipping from outside of Canada that you declare the item as a gift and set the value to $20. Failure to do so may result in import charges that will be billed to the client.Shoes will also need to be mailed if you are getting feet paws. Please provide slip-on shoes. NO LACES! Good shoes to use are Vans, Crocs, or other comfortable slip-ons. Please do not use slippers.Shipping: Clients will be billed for the fursuit shipping once the suit is completed. Naughty Crux Studios requires your full legal name, full address, email, and phone number. Failure to provide a proper address may result in your mail getting lost or abandoned. Clients may request shipping the suit with a GPS tracker, such as an AirTag, to ensure your suit arrives safely.Naughty Crux Studios is not responsible for any tariffs, customs, or import charges that may appear during the import and shipment of your suit. It is the responsibility of the client to pay these fees. These are decided by your country’s import laws and cannot be controlled. If a suit is sent back to me, the client will be responsible for any return to sender charges, including customs fees.Warranty: Due to the adult nature of my suits, I do not repair small things such as minor seam failures due to health and sanitary reasons. If a major repair is required, you may mail your suit back within 90 days to me. The client is responsible for paying the shipping BOTH WAYS when sending a suit back for repairs. Bodysuit alterations due to major weight changes are not covered under warranty.Please wear your suit responsibly. Naughty Crux Studios is not responsible for repairing suits from aggressive wear and tear. Please take care of your suit properly, and it will last for many years!
